About us

Mönarp’s farm has long been owned by the Magnusson family. Gösta and Lillemor Magnusson have been the proud owners and have successfully run the farm, today focusing on beef production. Gösta and Lillemor also ran Källarkrogen Mönethorp on the farm for many years, a fine dining restaurant with very good recommendations in the White Guide.

Since 2022, a new generation has taken the helm of the farm’s continued development. Kristian Magnusson, son of Gösta and Lillemor, together with his partner Malin, has taken over the running of our accommodation facilities and restaurant operations. Together they live in one of the houses on the farm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who visit.

The family consists not only of Kristian and Malin, but also Kristian’s two daughters, Malin’s daughter and two sons, as well as the little grandson. Kristian is also an entrepreneur and runs Falbygdens Entreprenad together with his son-in-law Johan.zxcvdasf

Family is at the heart of everything we do and we value time with family and friends. When the opportunity arises, we love exploring nature, be it through skiing in the mountains or traveling with our camper van. Traveling and experiencing new things together is a big part of our life.

Our ambition with Mönarps Gård is to create a welcoming place where people from all horizons can meet and share experiences.
